Shipping Methods

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

Depending on the destination and logistics arrangements, your order may be shipped using carriers including:

• YANWEN
• 4PX
• Other available logistics providers

Customers are currently unable to select a specific shipping carrier.

Orders shipped through YANWEN may be transferred to USPS or ONTRAC for final delivery within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing:

• Tracking details
• A link to track your package online

Please allow some time after shipment for tracking information to become available.

You may also check your order status through your account on our website.

Please note that order processing includes an initial period of approximately 24 hours on business days. Processing times may be longer during promotional events or periods of high order volume.

Changing Your Shipping Address
